Prices are going up (Inflation is a factor in that) but as Florida remains the most popular state, people are still coming here.
Homes are getting sold faster, albeit a slightly smaller number in the aggregate.
Rates are up, yes... but rent is going through the roof. If there is a time to buy... it is now. Please trust me on that.
