As Managing Partner of OCF Capital, LLC, Nicholas James Cicchetti structures and closes real estate financing for investors, business owners, and homeowners. He brings together borrowers, lenders, brokers, title, and counsel, and stays on every deal until it funds. A national and international network of capital sources lets OCF arrange everything from conventional refinances to fast private capital for experienced investors. Nicholas has worked in mortgage and real estate lending since 2010 and holds a JD and an MBA. His best work is on deals that are complex, time-sensitive, or that others couldn’t get done.

Transaction Coordinator, OCF Capital
Emma keeps OCF Capital's deals moving from signed term sheet to funded loan. She tracks every open item across borrowers, lenders, title companies and closing attorneys, and makes sure documents, conditions and deadlines never slip through the cracks. Whether a file needs a corrected doc before notarization, a payoff letter chased down, or a lender held to the date they promised, Emma stays on it until it's done, and keeps Nicholas and every party informed along the way. She believes a closing is only as good as the follow-through behind it.
Maya
Client & Partner Relations, OCF Capital
Maya is the first point of contact for many of OCF Capital's realtor partners and referral sources. She keeps in touch with agents across Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Michigan, and makes sure every introduction gets a fast, thoughtful response. When a buyer doesn't fit the bank's box, whether they're a foreign national, an investor using DSCR or bridge financing, or someone who needs a loan above bank limits, Maya connects them with Nicholas so they can find a path to closing. She believes the best business comes from relationships built on honesty and follow-through.
Pippa
Personal Assistant to Nicholas, OCF Capital
Pippa handles everything off the deal desk. She manages Nicholas's communications and his schedule, keeping email, texts, and reminders organized so nothing slips. She also handles quick answers, research, and the odd photo cleanup. She keeps personal records safe and private, never sends anything without Nicholas's say-so, and passes deal work to Emma and marketing to Maya. Warm, discreet, and a little bit British.
